Your bedroom, your product, your favorite coffee shop: upload it and your avatar shows up in your world, not only in the scenes we make for you. Upload on the Scenes and Photos tabs, in the image studio, straight into a shot, or onto a carousel slide. A picture that shows someone else saves as a photo, with a button like Put Sarah in it to swap your avatar in.

Steal what is trending without leaving your video

No link yet? The first screen of a new video now has a second door, See what's trending, which opens Viral Reels so you can grab a reel pulling views in your niche right now. Copy it and the co-writer reworks the script with you, as many times as you ask. On a phone, the trending reels on Home are a swipe row you flick through with your thumb.

Copy any reel you find, even before you have an account

See a reel you love on an AI influencer page? Click Copy Reel, sign up, and your first video opens on that exact reel, ready to make your own. Pasting a link yourself? The reel is saved the moment you click Recreate, so you can walk away during the 30 to 90 second analysis and pick it back up from Videos, with nothing analyzed twice.

Make your whole first video on the trial

On the trial you now build every part of your video: template, avatar, source, script and shots. You choose a plan only when you click Generate, with the video ready to render in front of you, and nothing is charged before that.

Know what every plan gets you before you pick

Each plan on the pricing page now shows what its credits buy: about how many videos, about how many pictures, and how many Viral Radar scans. Hover or tap a tile to see how we count. The sign-up page and the plan picker are redesigned to match, with one Start Trial for $1 button on every plan.

Find your next viral reel on any plan

Starter now opens Viral Reels like every other plan: every reel from the accounts we track for you, sorted by views per hour, with the outperformer badges on the rows. On plans with Tracked Competitors, every creator you copy is saved on your Discovered tab, so their next hit is one click away. Set a filter that does not add up, like a minimum above its maximum, and the field tells you what to fix instead of emptying your list.

Change an outfit without losing the look

In the outfit composer, the Current outfit chip starts you from what your avatar wears today, so your notes tweak that look instead of starting over. New avatars also come with their first outfit, so every video opens on your avatar's own clothes.

Recreate any reel with your avatars, fully automated

Paste an Instagram or TikTok link into Recreate a reel, pick Fully automated copy, and seat one of your avatars for every person in it. AvatarFactory rebuilds the whole reel with your avatars, scenes, props, motion and voice included, so there is nothing to edit shot by shot.

Every avatar gets a wardrobe

A new Outfits tab on each avatar keeps its outfits, and you can describe new clothes to generate one. When you recreate a reel, you pick an outfit for each avatar or keep the one worn in the original.

Spot the reels that beat their own account

Reel Analytics has an Outperformers Only switch for reels with at least five times their account's median views at the same age and at least 10,000 views. Each one carries a 5x, 10x or 25x badge, and you can sort the list by Beats Its Account.

Captions at the top, middle or bottom

The caption picker now sets where the words sit as well as their style, and shows the choice on a frame of your video before anything is burned. Two new styles join the list: Plain, and Solid Box, which reads on any footage.

See which accounts went quiet

A tracked account that stops posting is checked less often, and its row says so, for example "Quiet · checked weekly". The next scan that finds a new reel puts it straight back on the fast schedule.

Use the video page on your phone

The shot rail no longer scrolls over Download, Source Reel and Publishing on small screens.

Know exactly how to fix a failed render

A render that fails now shows the cause and numbered steps to fix it, with Switch Voice and Re-run. ElevenLabs credit errors name the account they came from and say whether the clip was billed to your ElevenLabs account or to your AvatarFactory credits.

Hear your script before you render it

The stepper sits in two aligned columns under the logo, the Producer banner folds to one line, and the Face step is a swipe carousel. Refined faces are always added as new cards, so regenerating never loses a set you liked.

205 accounts on the Radar list were showing a broken picture. They load again, and an account with no picture shows its initials instead of an empty box.

Signing up and landing in the app could show an error on your very first click. Now you go straight to work.

The original creator's clothes could bleed into your avatar's scenes. The outfit you picked now holds across every scene of the copy.

When a creator renames their account, Viral Radar finds the new handle and keeps tracking it. Accounts that are gone for good are archived instead of failing every scan.

Continue with Google when you connect to Claude

The screen that connects AvatarFactory to Claude now has Continue with Google, so there is no password to type.

Your image model pick sticks

The image model you chose last is selected for you on every image screen.

Templates cast the person they promise

A template's age, gender and origin now hold through casting. A late twenties template no longer casts someone in their forties.

Fix one shot without redoing the video

One wrong word, an odd movement or a weak scene no longer means a new video: open Fix Shot, edit the transcript, the action or the scene, and re-render only that shot. Compare both takes side by side, then pick Use New Take or Keep Current.

Upgrade and keep your discount

Upgrading in the middle of a billing cycle charged the full price difference, even when your subscription carried a discount or a balance. The upgrade charge now applies both.

Keep working through our updates

A tab left open while we shipped an update could show an error card on the next click. The page now refreshes itself once and carries on.

A smoother scene composer

The model picker opens above the composer drawer instead of behind it, and Escape closes an image preview before it closes the drawer under it.

Your avatar sounds like the same person in every shot

A video that mixed cinematic shots with a talking closer could sound like two different people. Every line in a video now renders in one matching voice.

Copied reels follow the original's movement more closely

The breakdown of a reel you copy now captures movement beat by beat. Copy the same reel again and it gets a fresh analysis instead of the old one.

Your scenes come through on the first try

Generating a scene could time out and only work after a retry. Scenes now generate in the background and appear when they are ready.

Every copied shot ends on a full sentence

A copied reel could split one spoken sentence across two shots. Every shot now ends where the sentence ends.

The accounts you follow stay followed

A healthy account could be archived after one bad response from Instagram, and then refuse to be added back. It now takes three misses in a row, and adding the account again works.

Cinematic shots keep their full render

Large scene images made some cinematic shots time out and fall back to a simpler render. Those shots go through now.
