Create your account and choose a plan

Before you start

You need an email address you can access. Create your account, answer four quick questions, and you land in the video wizard. A card only comes in when you pick a plan, which you can do whenever you are ready, at the latest when you click Generate.

Build your video first, pick a plan at Generate

You do not have to choose a plan before you try the video wizard. Open it from a Copy Reel link on avatarfactory.io, or at app.avatarfactory.io/generate, and build the whole video with your own content: pick a template, write or paste the script, choose who plays each part, dress them, and lay out the shots.

• Images on the way are free up to a point. Scene and outfit images you make inside the wizard, such as Generate a new outfit, run on a free allowance of 30 credits. It is a one-time allowance, it does not turn into plan credits, and it never pays for a render.
• Your first avatar is free too. You can make one avatar of your own before you choose a plan: its face and voice previews run on the same allowance. When you start a second one, the line beside Finish avatar reads “Pick a plan to add more avatars. Your first one is yours.” and the click opens the plans.
• The plan is asked for at Generate. Beside the Generate button you will see “Pick a plan to generate. Your draft is saved.” Clicking Generate opens the plans. Your draft stays exactly as you left it.
• You come back to the same video. After checkout you land on the same draft, on the last step, and the Generate click runs again for you, so you only confirm the render.

Step 1: Create your account

1. Go to app.avatarfactory.io/register.
2. Pick how to sign up. Continue with Google and Continue with Meta sign you in with one click. Or type your email and click Continue with email.
3. If you used email, the next page asks for your name and a password. Enter the name you want shown on your dashboard (for example, Sarah Johnson), set a password of at least 6 characters, and click Create account →.

Step 2: Four quick questions

Four screens, one question each, and every one has a Skip option:

1. Do you already have an AI influencer? Pick “I already have an AI influencer / avatar” or “It’s my first AI influencer / avatar”. If you already have one, you can paste a link to it.
2. What niche are you building in? Pick a tile. This becomes your default category across the app (templates, followed accounts, Viral Radar). The 18+ niche asks you to confirm your age first.
3. How did you hear about us? Pick a source. An optional follow-up asks that source its own question (for example, what you searched for on Google, or what you asked ChatGPT). Click Continue →.
4. What are you looking for? Pick one of five goals: promote my physical or e-commerce product, promote my app, promote digital products, affiliate marketing, or other. After you pick, you can add a short note and a link to what you are promoting. Both are optional. Click Finish Setup →.

Step 3: Pick a plan (when you are ready)

The Pick a plan page shows three cards: Starter, Creator and Influencer. Every plan starts with the same 1 dollar three-day trial, so choose the plan you want to be on once you are making videos.

Those are the numbers as of the last review of this article. The current plan prices are always on the pricing page and at checkout.

1. Use the Monthly / Annual toggle at the top. Annual saves 20 percent.
2. Click Start Trial for $1 on the card you want.

Step 4: Add your card

The Set up payment page has two parts: Payment Method and Order Summary.

1. Enter your card in the secure form. AvatarFactory never sees or stores your card details.
2. Check the plan and the billing interval in the summary. Due Today shows $1.
3. Have a promo code? Click Promo code?, paste it, and click Apply. A partner code works the same way through Have a partner code? on the plan page.
4. Click Start 3-Day Trial for $1.

The 15 trial credits are there to build your avatar, the scenes and images along the way, and your trial video.

Your trial renders one video. Build it in any wizard: pick a template, pick your avatar, write or paste a script, and build your shots, then click Generate. Any length works as long as the trial credits cover it. A render that fails does not use up your trial video. After that one video, the line beside Generate reads “Your trial includes one video. Upgrade to keep generating.” and the next Generate click opens the upgrade prompt. Keep Editing leaves your work exactly as it is while you decide. The video wizard explained walks the steps.

Warning: If you see “Your card could not be charged. Please try again.”, the card was declined by your bank. Try another card, or contact your bank and try again. If you see “Card confirmed but we could not start your trial. Contact support.”, write to Support@AvatarFactory.IO with your account email and we will finish it on our side.

What happens next

A new account answers the four questions right after it is created, before any plan, and then lands in the video wizard, on the screen where you paste a reel link or start your own video. Your first avatar is free to make, and so is everything you build in the wizard; the plans open when you click Generate. You can also open them any time: Billing in your account menu, any page in the sidebar that needs a plan, and the upgrade cards all lead to the plans. Your first avatar walks you through the avatar.
