What your plan includes: limits, models and growth tools

The three plans at a glance

AvatarFactory has three plans: Starter, Creator and Influencer. Every plan starts with the same 1 dollar three-day trial, which comes with 15 credits. Reel analytics, the Viral Reels page, is open on every plan and on every trial. The Outperformers filter and sort inside it are the one paid line in the radar and stay on Creator and up, during the trial too. Prices below are in US dollars.

The annual price is charged once a year and works out to about 20 percent less than paying monthly. Credits on an annual plan still arrive month by month.

Starter, $39 a month

Built for one avatar and one channel. The plan card lists 1 avatar, 1 social account, 1K resolution images, Viral Accounts and Viral Reels, with Personal followed accounts crossed out. You get 325 credits a month, which the app estimates as about 7 videos a month at 45 seconds on the standard model.

One limit to know before you pick it:

• 45 seconds per video. The video wizard shows a meter such as ”39s of 45s” under the label “Video length your plan renders”. Go over and the label changes to “Over the length your plan renders”, with a Shorten to Fit button that trims the longest shots down to the cap. You can undo the trim.

Starter includes every video model, the cinematic engine too, and Viral Reels, the reel analytics table, so you can see what is pulling views and copy a reel before you upgrade. Tracking your own competitors and the Outperformers filter start at Creator.

Creator, $99 a month

The plan most creators end up on. The card lists 3 avatars, Viral Accounts, 10 personal followed accounts, Viral Reels, 3 social accounts, HD images and Auto-publish (what is live today). You get 790 credits a month, about 17 videos a month at 45 seconds on the standard model, and every video model with no length cap.

Creator also unlocks the growth tools Starter leaves out: followed accounts, the Outperformers filter and sort inside Viral Reels, and Viral Radar with 10 personal followed accounts.

Influencer, $249 a month

One plan with 2,490 credits a month. The card lists unlimited avatars, 2,490 credits, Viral Accounts, 100 personal followed accounts, Viral Reels with Outperformers, HD images, Campaign Studio for batch generation, API access, and priority support with a 1-hour response target. Every video model, no length cap. The app estimates about 55 videos a month at 45 seconds on the standard model.

If you joined on a larger Influencer credit amount before Influencer became one plan, nothing changes for you: your card shows the plan you own, at its own credits and price.

What the numbers mean

• Active avatars counts avatars in use. On Starter and Creator, when every slot is full the app shows “You’ve used every active avatar slot on your plan” and offers two ways forward: upgrade, or archive an avatar you no longer use to free a slot.
• Video models. The standard model charges 1 credit per second, the cinematic model 2 credits per second. Every plan can use every model.
• Viral Accounts are the top trending accounts in your niches, updated daily, so you see who is winning and clone what works. Every plan has them.
• Personal followed accounts is your Viral Radar allowance: the accounts you pick and we track for you, and the daily scan budget. It is 10 on Creator and 100 on Influencer. On the Starter card the row is crossed out.
• Viral Reels is the reel analytics page, open on every plan and built on more than 500 million scanned short-form videos. Creator and up add Outperformers, the reels beating their account’s average.
• On the plan cards, hover the Viral Accounts, Personal followed accounts or Viral Reels row (tap it on a phone) to read what it does.
• The estimate tiles under each price read videos OR pictures: about 7 videos or 325 pictures on Starter, about 17 or 790 on Creator, and about 55 or 2,490 on Influencer. The video figure assumes 45-second videos on the standard model. Credits flex between the two, so it is either one or a mix, not both.
• No top-up packs. Credits come only with your plan, refilled each month. To get more, move to a bigger plan.
• Priority support is on Influencer, with a 1-hour response target.
• Credits are the same unit on every plan. How credits work lists what each action costs.

Picking a plan

You can build a whole video before you pick one. The video wizard opens without a plan, the scene and outfit images you make along the way, and the faces and voice of your first avatar, run on a free allowance of 30 credits, and the plans open when you click Generate, with your draft saved. After checkout you land back on the same video. Create your account and choose a plan has the details.

1. If you are testing one avatar on one channel and videos up to 45 seconds are enough, start on Starter.
2. If you want videos longer than 45 seconds, your own tracked competitors, or the Outperformers filter, pick Creator.
3. If you run more than three avatars, publish to several accounts, or need API access, pick Influencer.

You can move between plans at any time from the Plan and Usage page. Upgrades apply immediately and add the credit difference right away; downgrades are scheduled for the end of the period you already paid for. Upgrade, downgrade, and scheduled plan changes walks through both.
