Your affiliate dashboard, referral links and assets
Where to apply, where your referral link and QR code live, what each dashboard number means, and where referrals, payouts, marketing assets and settings live.
Where the affiliate portal is
Sign in to the AvatarFactory app and click Refer A Friend in the sidebar, under Program. Everyone signed in sees this entry. If you have not applied yet, it opens the application. Once you have, it opens your dashboard. The public page for the affiliate program carries the offer and the apply link.
Apply
- On Join the Affiliate Program, check your Full Name and Email. The email is prefilled from your account.
- Under Where will you promote us?, pick a platform and paste your handle or profile link, for example
@sarahjohnsonorhttps://instagram.com/sarahjohnson. Add more channels if you have them, up to five. - Under How Should We Pay You?, choose a payout method: a PayPal Email, or bank details (Bank Name, IBAN, Account Holder).
- Check I accept the affiliate terms and click Apply Now.
You land on Application Received with the date. While you wait you can click Preview Your Dashboard, Read the Terms, or Check Your Payout Details. Questions before then go to partners@avatarfactory.io.
We review applications within two business days and email you either way. Your referral link goes live the moment you are approved.
The banner at the top of the dashboard tells you where you stand: Your Application Is Under Review, Your Affiliate Account Is Live, Your Affiliate Account Is Paused, or Your Application Was Not Approved.
Your referral link and QR code
Once approved, the top of the dashboard shows Your referral link. It carries your own referral code on an avatarfactory.io address.
- Click Copy Link. The card shows Copied when it is on your clipboard.
- Put it in your videos, newsletter, course, or community. Everyone who clicks gets 20 percent off their first 3 months.
- Use the QR code next to the link for slides, printed material or on-screen moments in a video.
Opening the link stores your code in that visitor’s browser for 90 days. Attribution is first touch and locks to whoever is on record when the visitor creates their account. How affiliate payouts work has the full attribution rules.
What the dashboard numbers mean
Use the period filter (Today, Last 24 hours, Last 7 days, Last 30 days) to change the window for the activity tiles.

Referrals, payouts, assets and settings
The portal has its own pages, all reachable from the sidebar once you are in:
- Referrals. Everyone who signed up through your link, with when they signed up, when they first paid, and their status. Emails are shown in a masked form.
- Payouts. Every payout we have sent you, newest first, with the period, method, reference and status, and what is still clearing. Payouts start after your first commissions clear.
- Marketing Assets. Ready-made material you can post as it is. Click Open on any item. Assets unlock once you are approved. If the page says no assets are ready yet, we are preparing reels, story frames, captions and banners, and they will appear here.
- Settings. Your Full Name, Email, Referral Code, and Where We Pay You. Payout details are kept hidden after you save them; fill them in again only if they changed. Add your PayPal email or bank details before your first payout.
- Affiliate help. Short answers on your link, how you earn, payouts and contact.
Changing your referral code
Open Settings in the portal. The Referral Code field is the code in your referral link. You can change it once, now or after approval. After that the portal shows Your code is final. It cannot be changed again. Codes are 3 to 24 characters.
Warning: Your promotion channels are locked after approval. You can add new channels in Settings; to change an existing one, write to partners@avatarfactory.io.
When something does not add up
- A click or signup is missing. The visitor may have cleared cookies, switched devices, used another browser, or carried another affiliate’s code from an earlier visit. We credit what we can measure and do not add referrals retroactively.
- Next Payout is below what you expected. Check Pending (30-Day Hold). Commissions become available 30 days after the payment that earned them, and a payout runs only when the available balance reaches 50 dollars.
- The dashboard could not load your numbers. Your commissions are unaffected. Try again in a moment.
