How affiliate payouts work once you are approved
For approved affiliates: the 90 day link, the 30 day hold, the 50 dollar minimum, monthly cash payouts, and the rules that void a commission.
The offer in one paragraph
Send creators to AvatarFactory and you earn 50 percent of every payment they make, for as long as they stay subscribed. There is no 12 month cutoff and no cap on the number of referrals. Renewals and upgrades earn commission on the same terms as the first payment. Your audience gets 20 percent off their first 3 months, applied automatically when they sign up through your link. You are paid in cash, every month, to your bank account or PayPal.

Who can join
Anyone with an audience that wants to make money with AI influencers: YouTubers, newsletter writers, course creators, community owners. Applying takes about a minute. We read your application and look at the channels you shared, which takes up to two business days, and you get an email with the decision either way. Your referral link goes live the moment you are approved.
What counts as a referral
A referral is anyone who signs up through your link within the tracking window and becomes a paying customer.
- When someone opens your link, your referral code is stored in their browser for 90 days.
- Attribution is first touch. If the visitor already carries another affiliate’s code, that code is kept and yours is not written.
- The referral is locked to the affiliate on record the moment the visitor creates their AvatarFactory account, and it stays locked for the life of that account.
Warning: Tracking depends on the visitor’s browser. A referral can be lost when someone clears cookies, switches device or browser, or blocks storage before signing up. We credit what we can measure and do not add referrals retroactively on request.
How the commission is calculated
- 50 percent of the amount the customer actually paid, after any discount and before taxes and payment processing fees.
- Because your audience pays 20 percent less for their first 3 months, your commission on those payments is calculated on the discounted amount.
- A payment that is refunded, disputed, or charged back earns no commission, and a commission already credited for it is reversed.
- Your own commission rate is shown in your affiliate portal as Your Cut, and we tell you before we change it.
When you get paid
- The 30 day hold. Each commission is held for 30 days after the payment that earned it. That is the window in which the payment can still be refunded or disputed. Your dashboard shows this amount as Pending (30-Day Hold).
- Available balance. After the hold, the commission becomes available for payout.
- The monthly run. Payouts run once a month, in cash, to your bank account or your PayPal account. We never pay in credits or platform balance.
- The 50 dollar minimum. A payout runs when your available balance is at least 50 dollars. Below that, the balance rolls over to the next monthly run and keeps accumulating.
Keep your payout method and tax details current in the portal. We cannot recover a payment sent to details that were entered wrong. You are an independent partner, not an employee, and you are responsible for the taxes on what you earn. Where the law requires it, we may ask for tax documentation before we pay.
How you may promote AvatarFactory
Almost every honest channel is welcome: YouTube videos, newsletters, courses, communities, social posts, blogs, and your own website. Paid ads are allowed, including paid social and search, as long as they follow the rules below. Disclose that your link is an affiliate link wherever the law or the platform requires it, and describe the product accurately.
What is not allowed
- No bidding on our brand. Do not bid on “AvatarFactory”, “Avatar Factory”, their misspellings, or any close variant in search ads, and do not use them in your display URLs or ad domains.
- No self-referral. Not for your own account, accounts you control, or accounts belonging to your household or your company.
- No coupon or cashback sites. Do not distribute the discount as a public coupon code.
- No spam. No unsolicited email or direct messages, no comment or forum spam, no automated posting, no bots or paid click schemes.
- No impersonation and no false claims. Do not present yourself as AvatarFactory, and do not promise results, earnings, or features the product does not deliver.
- No adult, hateful, or illegal placements.
Where we find fraud, self-referral, or a breach of the terms, we may void the affected commissions, hold or cancel a pending payout, and close the affiliate account. Either side can end the partnership at any time with notice in writing. If you leave in good standing, commissions already earned and past their hold are paid on the next scheduled run.
Changes to the program
When we make a material change, we update the version and the effective date on the terms page and ask you to accept the new version in your affiliate portal. Changes are not retroactive: commissions already earned are settled under the terms in force when they were earned.
