Cancel your subscription, and what happens to your voices

How to cancel in a few clicks, when access ends, what stays saved, and the one thing to know first: canceling deletes the voices you designed.

Before you cancel, read this one line

Warning: Canceling deletes the voices you designed, and they cannot be restored. If you might come back, the free 30-day pause keeps everything, voices included.

Everything else on your account stays saved: your avatars, videos, scenes and settings. Your avatars stop working when the plan ends, so you cannot make new videos or scenes with them until you subscribe again. Only the designed voices are gone for good.

Three ways to keep what you built: pause for 30 days at no cost, 20% off for 3 months from the keep-my-account screen, or move to a cheaper plan at the end of your term. All three keep the voices you designed.

If you only want a break

The first screen of the flow offers exactly that. Pause for 30 Days stops billing for a month, keeps every avatar, video, setting and voice exactly as it is, and resumes on its own. Pause your plan for 30 days has the details.

If the price is the problem

The keep-my-account screen offers 20% off for 3 months on your current plan, or 50% off for 1 month on your next renewal. Select one and click Apply & Keep My Account. The discount is applied to your next invoice and nothing else changes. You can also move to a cheaper plan from the Plan and Usage page; that change is scheduled for the end of your current term, with nothing charged today.

How to cancel

Canceling takes no more effort than subscribing did, and it happens entirely in the app.

Open Settings from the sidebar.
Scroll to the bottom and click Delete account.
The first screen, Cancel your plan, lists what you lose on the date your plan ends: your avatars stop working (no new videos or scenes with any avatar you built), your voices are deleted, and voices cannot be restored, not even if you subscribe again. Click Keep my plan to close it with nothing changed, or Cancel plan to continue.
The next screen offers a pause instead. To keep going, click Continue to cancel.
Pick one reason: Price issues, Doesn’t meet my needs, I stopped with content creation, The app is not performing well, or Other. A text box appears if you want to add a sentence; it goes straight to the founders. Click Continue.
The last screen shows three keep-my-account offers: 20% off for 3 months, 50% off for 1 month, and a free 30-day pause. To finish canceling, click No thanks, cancel my subscription.

The confirmation reads: “Your subscription is canceled. You keep full access until . Nothing renews after that, and your avatars and videos stay saved if you come back.”

What happens next

Access continues to the end of the paid term. The date is on the confirmation screen and on the Plan and Usage page. Use the credits you have left; they do not carry past the end of the term.
No further charge. Nothing renews after the date shown.
Your account stays. You can sign in after the term ends, and your avatars and videos are still there.
Your avatars stop working. No new videos or scenes with them until you subscribe again.
Your designed voices are deleted. This cannot be undone. If you come back, you will design a new voice for each avatar.
A paused account cancels the same way. The pause is cleared and the subscription ends at the end of the paid term.

Canceling is not a refund

Canceling stops future charges. It does not refund the term you are in. The Terms say cancellation “takes effect at the end of the billing term you have already paid for, and you keep access until then” and that, except as stated in the Refund Policy, there are no prorated refunds for unused time. If you believe your last charge qualifies for a refund, the refund policy in plain words quotes every window.

Need a hand

If the Delete account link does not open the flow, or the confirmation screen does not appear after you click No thanks, cancel my subscription, write to Support@AvatarFactory.IO from the email on your account. We confirm the cancellation and the end date on our side. For your security we act on cancellation requests only from the address on the account.

Frequently asked questions

If I cancel, do I lose my avatars and videos? +

No. Your account, avatars and videos stay saved if you come back, but the avatars stop working when your paid term ends: no new videos or scenes until you subscribe again. Voices are the one loss for good: canceling deletes the voices you designed, and they cannot be restored.

When does my access end after I cancel? +

You keep full access until the end of the billing term you already paid for. The confirmation screen shows the exact date. Nothing renews after it and no further charge is made. Canceling does not refund the current term; the refund policy has its own windows, described in the refund article.
