Out of credits or hit the daily limit
What the out of credits prompt and the daily render limit mean, when each one resets, and the fastest way to keep creating today.
Three different messages, three different fixes
You clicked Generate or Render and the app stopped you. Which message you saw tells you what to do next. If the answer is more credits, compare the plans to see which pool fits the way you work.
”You’re out of credits. Upgrade your plan to get more.”
Your monthly credit pool is empty. The app checks the full cost of an action against your balance before it starts, so a batch of four scene images never half-runs and leaves you with error tiles.
The prompt that opens is titled Keep the Reels Coming. It explains that upgrading to the next plan adds the credit difference immediately and keeps your renewal date.
To keep creating today:
- Click Upgrade to
on the prompt, or open Plan & Usage and click Switch on the next plan. - Check the summary: Charged now is the price difference, Credits added now is the extra credits you get the moment you confirm.
- Click Confirm.
The new credits are in your balance right away and your renewal date does not move.
If you are already on Influencer, the top plan, there is no plan above you, and the prompt shows the date your credits renew instead of an upgrade button.
To wait instead: open Plan & Usage and read Next refill on the Credits card. Your full monthly allocation lands on that date. Unused credits do not roll over, so there is no benefit in holding them back.
Before you pay for an upgrade, check the Credit Usage list on the same page. A failed generation shows as released and its credits are already back in your balance. If a hold is still sitting as reserved long after the job stopped, it returns on its own within a couple of hours.
”You’ve hit today’s render limit. It resets tomorrow, or upgrade for more.”
There is a per-day limit on video renders: 10 renders per day, counted from midnight UTC. It guards the most expensive part of the app, and it is separate from your credits, so you can have plenty of credits and still see this message.
To keep going:
- Wait for the count to reset. The day runs on UTC, so “tomorrow” starts at midnight UTC, not midnight in your time zone.
- Use the time on the parts that do not count as a render: write and polish the next scripts, generate scene images, design a voice.
The daily render limit is the same number on every plan, so upgrading does not raise it. An upgrade adds credits, not renders. If ten renders in a day is not enough for the way you work, write to Support@AvatarFactory.IO with the email on your account and tell us how many you need in a day; that is how we decide where the limit belongs.
”You’ve used your free allowance. Start the $1 trial to keep creating.”
This appears on an account that has not started the trial yet. Such an account can make 2 images and 5 scripts in total. Once those are used, every generation shows this message.
To keep creating:
- Click the button on the message, or open Plan & Usage.
- Start the 1 dollar three-day trial. It comes with 15 credits.
The video wizard says “Over the length your plan renders”
This is not a credit problem. Starter renders videos up to 45 seconds. The meter under the shots shows the current cut against the cap, for example ”52s of 45s”.
- Click Shorten to Fit to trim the longest shots down to the cap. A toast confirms the trim and offers Undo.
- Or upgrade to Creator, which has no length cap.
Still stuck
If the balance on Plan & Usage does not match what you have made, or the render limit message shows before you have rendered ten videos today, write to Support@AvatarFactory.IO with the email on your account, the exact message you saw, and the time it happened. We check the ledger on our side and reply within one business day.
